Associate Accountant - Richmond, VA

Normal Work Hours:  8am to 5pm, M-F

Background Check Required

Rate:  $21/hr


Duties/Responsibilities:  Invoice (AP), Expense Report, Deposit (AR) and Journal Entry Processing, AP Check Printing and Distribution, Vendor Maintenance, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation. Credit Card Administration; Ensuring policies, procedures and controls are in compliance for all processes.


Knowledge/Skill Requirement:  BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience; Microsoft Office; 8 years of directly related experience in Accounting Support Services. Preferred experience includes knowledge of Great Plains Financial, Office Cast, Infor XM; Lawson Financials.
