Normal Work Hours:  Monday – Friday, 3pm to 11pm with some shifts scheduled over weekend days on a rotational basis. 

Rate:  $15-17/hr

 

Position Description:

This role is a member of the HR Service Center team, responsible for providing front-line customer service and support to employees (active and inactive), managers, HR Field staff, and company vendors for questions, issues, and problems related to HR and recruiting activities. Will work with a Recruiting Administration Supervisor to ensure HR service delivery is consistently high-quality.

  • Perform administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities in support of HR and recruiting functions.
  • Handle incoming phone call inquiries from candidates and questions from HR Business partners.
  • Schedule onsite phone screens and/or interviews, and order pre-employment screening services such as background checks and drug screens.  
  • Additional administrative functions as requested.
  • Hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 3pm to 11pm (rotating weekends) 

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources; such as recruiting assistant, recruiting coordinator or HR customer service representative.
  • Experience handling phone inquiries from all levels of staff and candidates.
  • Experience in supporting recruiting functions such as scheduling interview times, coordinating calendars, ordering background checks and drug screens.
  • MS-Office skills –Intermediate to Advanced.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
