HR Data Analyst

Career Opportunity for a HR Data Analyst.  The data management analyst is responsible for the quality of HR service delivery, by processing service requests, performing system transactions and supporting, researching and responding to complex situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and tracks to completion all inquiries determining the most effective method of resolution
  • Creates and resolves issues daily
  • Researches and processes HR transactions and master data changes, including changes in employee information, general HR administration, and organizational management
  • Executes all process steps in accordance with MWV standard operating procedures
  • Responds to HR related inquiries and assists employees, managers and HR in understanding their role and responsibility in the HR process
  • Provides employees with forms and information material related to HR programs for which they are eligible and in the HR administration process where an election and/or signature is required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Associates degree or equivalent job experience (required)
  • BA/BS or 4-year degree (preferred)
  • 4+ years of human resources data related experience
  • SAP or Oracle HR end user experience required
  • SAP Org Management is a plus
