Training Assistant

Job Title:  Training Assistant w/LMS experience. LMS stands for Learning Management System.  LMS is used to track training.

Normal Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5pm, Mon – Friday

Background Check Required:  Criminal, Drug Test

Rate:  $20/hr

 

Qualifications

Mandatory:

Proficient in MS Office products and an extensive knowledge in Excel.  Experience working in a training environment with experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).

 

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with creating surveys using Survey Monkey.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring the  Training mailbox daily
  • Responsible for processing registrations in accordance with SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)
  • Responsible for updating the registration, budget and Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) trackers
  • Responsible for update the LMS  (Learning Management System) with student completion information
  • Responsible for adding courses and class to the Learning Management System (LMS) as necessary
  • Responsible for providing receipts for all the training scheduled in the receipt folder for reconciliation purposes
  • Responsible for process training registrations under the supervision of the Training Analyst
  • Special projects as necessary

Telecom Accountabilities:

  • Monitor Telecom Mailbox daily
  • Assign Telecom phone numbers and email the information to the requestor as well as the employee

Communications Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for proofreading the IS Weekly Communications
  • Create Survey’s in Survey Monkey for IS Management – as necessary

PMO (Project Management Office) Accountabilities

  • Responsible for producing one Excel Spreadsheet Report, Project Report Analysis, on a weekly basis.  This report is presented to the ISST team on Wednesdays.
  • The report requires basic Excel and the person will need to access and gain an understanding of data within EPK used to create the report.  This person will be accountable for archiving the report and supporting documentation in Altria Docs.
