Technical Writer

Currently recruiting for a Technical or Business Writer with 1-2 years’ experience.  This role will be responsible for translating content into audio scripts for computer based training ELearning modules.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Writing job aids/cheat sheets on how to utilize applications or follow processes
  • Writing step by step guides on using an application
  •  Creating process flow charts and/or diagrams • Creating posters for training programs

Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Technical/business writing/editing/content development or revision
  • MS Publisher (poster, brochure, etc. design skills)
  • Word and PowerPoint
  • Prefer experience in graphic design (Photoshop), Web development/design, and MS Visio flow chart design skills

This role will be 40/hours per week with flexible hours that cover the core business hours of 9:30-3:30, Monday-Friday.  Benefits will be offered along with a competitive hourly rate for a junior level role.
