Sales Administrative Assistant

Immediate need for a Sales Administrative Assistant.  This position will provide administrative support to department management and other professional staff in a Sales Office for a small family-owned business.  Responsibilities will include; setting up appointments, coordinating job schedules, setting up monthly meetings with sales staff, checking materials against Purchase Orders and communicating with customers.  Casual work environment with an opportunity to grow with the company. 


Required Skills:

  • Prior Sales office experience – preferred
  • Strong communication/customer services skills required
  • Comfortable with fast paced environment
  • Analytical skills a plus
  • Highly dependable
  • Professional
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook).
