Normal Work Hours:  8am to 5pm

Background Check Required:  Criminal, Drug Test

Rate: $20-22/hr

 

Qualifications:

  • High level of professionalism (this individual will be the first impression in a very high-profile office)
  • Great interpersonal skills (will be dealing with executives and high level guests)
  • MUST be able to lift approximately 50 pounds (This includes unfolding hinged conference room tables and moving chairs, can be up to 2x's on some days)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a neat, orderly and secure front office environment while greeting internal and external guests in a friendly manner and ensuring high quality customer service.
  • Provide front-office administrative support (taking accurate and complete messages, answer telephones, check and relay voicemails, copying, faxing, records filing & records file management, manage calendar schedules and set up meetings.
  • Provide back-up administrative support to executives.
  • Ensuring publications and correspondence are well maintained and available for reference at any given time.
  • Receive, distribute and send mail and deliveries.
  • Distribute the morning report and DC Office information sheet.
  • Back-up facilities support including maintenance and repairs, stocking supply and storage rooms, on-boarding new employees, and moving furniture and boxes. The conference room tables are large, very heavy and cumbersome to move. You also need to lift and stack chairs and move large boxes that are delivered. There is a hand truck available for moving boxes but it still requires the ability to lift boxes of significant weight on and off the hand truck.
