Accountabilities:

 Project Management Office & IT Governance:

 

  • Manage Project Review calendar
    • Coordinate reschedule of meetings with Executive Admins
    • Schedule Project Review presenters
    • Ensure conference rooms and WebEx is scheduled for each meeting
    • Publish Project Review schedule
  • Send Project Review meeting reminder notices
  • Solicit Project Review presentations and load in Docs, communicate to Directors when available
  • Mobilization Process and set-up Project Workspaces
  • Prepare Project Review presentation
  • IT Governance reporting and distribution
  • Quarterly Executive Dashboard, Quarterly Key Initiatives Tracker, Quarterly Inforgraphic collection solicitation of input, tracking receipt, building deck and following up when past due

IT University:

  • Manage the ITU mailbox
  • Track training registrations on both the LNA tracker and Budget Tracker
  • Update LMS system
    • Registration confirmation sent to employee
    • Course completions
    • Adding courses/classes to ITU, when necessary

Architecture Review Board:

  • Scheduling ARB meetings and presentations
  • Solicit ARB presentations
  • Publish ARB agenda
  • ARB Notes and store for document retention
  • Manage fast path process
  • Maintain Follow-up Items status and closure
  • Reporting
  • Manage content on Enterprise Services Intranet Page
