Job Title:  Customer Communication Analyst III

Location:  Richmond, VA 23219

Length of Assignment: early January 2018 – 6/15/2018 – may continue

Normal Work Hours:  8:30 am to 5pm

Rate:  $28.11 - $33.50/hr

Responsibilities         

  • Develops and implements strategic communications and comprehensive public relations plans in support of business across multiple media platforms that tell our story and help drive a greater understanding of the Bank (who we are and what we do)
  • Provides consultation and guidance to business leaders to integrate communications strategies across delivery channels and leverage content
  • Develops content for internal/external print and digital channels, including social media •
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key internal and/or external stakeholders, which may include functional leaders and industry professionals
  • Supports innovation, ideation and execution of print, online and multimedia communications to ensure business needs and client objectives are met
  • Leverages communications, media and other outreach opportunities across variety of delivery platforms
  • Develops processes and manages reporting to enhance Bank’s internal and external presence; manages dissemination, tracking and reporting of Bank’s communications and media metrics • Critical essential role in supporting contingency and crisis communications planning and execution
  • Key participant in cross-functional team initiatives involving development of creative communication solutions         

 

Qualifications

  • 5 to 9+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Acute analytical and organizational skills; prudent judgment, and decision making ability, and a creative approach to problem solving
  • Highly proficient in oral and written communication with the ability to provide clear and concise information to stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
  • Broad knowledge of communications platforms, including digital and social media
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with various other online applications, as needed for the role
  • Position requires continuous visual concentration and manual dexterity to operate PC
  • May require extended work hours • Occasional travel including overnight stays may be necessary
