Process Assistant

Process assistant need for construction group.  Must be able to handle multiple projects at once.   Responsibilities will include; answering phones, data processing and timesheet entry.

Qualifications:

  • VERY organized with an eye for detail
  • 2-5 years with MS-Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant phone mannerism
  • 5+ years data entry.  Must be able to type at least 45 wpm with an excellent accuracy rate.
  • Experience with timesheet entry a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
