Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a well-known corporation in Richmond, VA. This position is responsible for providing administrative services and sourcing to the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team.  The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will interact with Talent Acquisition Specialists and candidates in scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel, sourcing candidates, managing the recruiting process, overseeing pre-employment background investigations, and generating all appropriate onboarding paperwork needed. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling interviews with prospective employees.
  • Assisting with sourcing potential candidates through various recruiting sources.
  • Candidate file maintenance.
  • Providing assistance with background checks, drug screenings and reference checks.
  • Communication of orientation details.
  • Supporting the new employee on-boarding process by ensuring and facilitating that all appropriate paperwork is completed and turned into HR.
  • Creating offer packages
  • I-9 Review, Filing and Audit
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous talent acquisition coordinator experience.  Prefer large corporate experience.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Skills with MS-Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
