Desktop Support Analyst (Richmond, VA)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Prep and distribute laptops to new employees and contractors
- Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues
- Stage and setup new employee/contractor workstation equipment
- Create tickets and documents all activities in the ticketing system
Knowledge/Skill Requirement
- Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques
- Basic experience or knowledge with Windows Server Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM
- Experience or knowledge in desktop operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting, installation and repair
Pay Rate: $25 - $32.5/hr
