Project Manager - Communications and Systems Development for CRC Brand Maintenance

Rate:  up to $50-70/hr

Hours: Hours are on location - Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 (some flexibility)

 

Qualifications:
This position requires communication and project management skills. It will also include some of the duties as outlined below.

 

  • Develop documentation on how to maintain brands in the consumer response center system.

Should be step by step instructions for each operating company on how to:

Identify the need for brand hierarchy changes

  • Monitoring of brand not in system complaint records
  • Identify when new brands are ready to commercialize
  • Identify when new promotional products are ready to go to market
  • Identify significant product changes that need to tracked for reporting
  • Identify when products have been de-listed
  • Identify lead market products and their distribution
  • Identify changes in trace code configurations or options
  • Identify need for new product lines and operating companies
  • Gather the needed information, construct new brand hierarchy records and changes

    • Shortcut and reporting Descriptions

  • Construction of brand hierarchy new and change records

    • Updating reported product descriptions for monthly reporting and Tableau feeds
  • Brand Hierarchy Monitoring
    • Monitoring of brand not in system complaint records
    • Monitoring inaccurate selections of inactive brands reported by FQA
    • Call center questions about brand selection
    • Compare brands in  system to new brands in SAP BOM and SPEC systems
    • Compare brands in system to brands in e-commerce
    • Compare brands in system to new brands in SAP Sales
    • Compare brands in system to FDA submitted brands
  • Product Line Trace Code Validation and Interpretation logic
    • Monitor trace code valid flags for patterns in invalid trace codes
    • Monitor quality system documents for changes in trace code logic or valid codes
    • Develop system requests to change logic in Alorica system
    • Update Reporting Factory logic
    • Update LINQ complaint view logic

Additional notes from the manager: 

This person would work with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our complaint/contact system to document the relative processes and infrastructure to support it. This would include (but not limited to) developing the documents and process flows. The person may also work with the SME on some current or supporting activities.
